The framework consists of seven dimensions and supports the assessment of the knowledge management as-is-state in a company as well as the selection of appropriate approaches and methods for a further improvement. The paper also discusses the relationship to comparable approaches (e.g. intellectual capital statements) and ends with open issues for a proper implementation of the maturity framework.enKnowledge ManagementKnowledge PotentialsKnowledge UsageMaturity of Knowledge330 - Wirtschaft005 - Computer Programmierung, Programme und DatenTowards an Integrated Approach to Assess the Potential of an Enterprise to Mature Knowledge, 5th Conference Professional Knowledge Management - Experiences and Visions04B - Beitrag Konferenzschrift440-449
