Möbius, Thoralf2024-12-032024-12-032021https://irf.fhnw.ch/handle/11654/48596Switzerland has signed the Paris protocol as most countries of the world and set their energy transition strategy 2050 in place. The aim of this strategy is to manage climate change by reducing CO2, increasing the use of alternative energy, and to open the electrical energy market. These changes have an impact on energy distribution companies (EVU) in Switzerland. One challenge is the liberalisation of the energy market. EVU will be confronted with competitors on the electrical energy market. To support EVU on their way into the new area, a digital transformation is proposed to increase the chance for successful business in their future. Digital transformations are important to keep up with the industry, to stay ahead of competitors or even to disrupt. Digital transformations can be guided by several frameworks. Several frameworks are on the market, but most of them are aiming for generating business just for the provider of those framework. In Switzerland, the ABILI-methodology has been developed at the FHNW. It helps organisations on their digital transformation journey by analysing their specific situations, proposing strategic options and tools. But the ABILI-methodology requires specific human resources to deliver valuable results. This is hindering companies that want to transform digital from applying the ABILI-methodology. Companies should be able to generate their digital guidance without additional help of a human resource. The target of this research project is to provide a self-service that guides companies on their digital transformation without the need of specialist human resources. This research project sets focus on customer centricity within the boundaries of the ABILI-methodology.en330 - WirtschaftDigital Transformation11 - Studentische Arbeit
