Wasilewski, Arkadius2024-03-152024-03-152023https://irf.fhnw.ch/handle/11654/44916In my master's thesis, I developed a robot concept that finds its application in sustainable agriculture. In order to understand the importance of the added value of such a concept for the different parties involved, I first had to gain a deeper understanding of the topics of sustainability, agriculture, robotics as well as their relationship. I was supported by the collaboration with the robotics and automation company KUKA. In order to gain a deeper understanding of the needs of agriculture, I remained in open exchange with representatives of agricultural institutions and companies on the one hand; on the other hand, I conducted site visits. “A designer has the task of developing concepts that offer goal-oriented solutions. It is important to identify all aspects of the problem. Increasing environmental pollution, a growing world population and insufficient supply present society with new challenges that require innovative solutions.”enagricultureindustrial designrobotautomationsustainability700 - Künste und UnterhaltungRobotic automation in the field of agriculture11 - Studentische Arbeit
