| dc.description.abstract | A webpage to help musicians write and perform contemporary music for cello. Content: 75 videos, pictures, diagrams, notations, fingering charts. Personal contribution: research, content, structure, video/audio/visual material. Impact: Cello Map has a wide community of approximately 4000 pageviews per month. I tackled long-standing issues in resources and approach to performance/compositional praxis. I adapted existing research in an unconventional way, and published original research results. The publication of Cello Map was the beginning in a surge of online resources for performance and composition praxis, and has had a trailblazing effect upon subsequent outputs. | en_US |
