The association is concerned with all challenges related to the UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Switzerland, including preservation and appreciation. Being a non-profit organisation, the financial aspect of their business is always a vital part of their operations.

    Intercultural Competence in Business Life

    This project work group aimed to elaborate on the awareness and importance given to intercultural competence by international companies. The goals were to define the skills and values expected of employees as well as to explain whether intercultural competence is measured and trained in global organizations and, if so, how. Furthermore, the project work group intended to identify the lack of knowledge and areas for improvement for global companies and to give recommendations to the FHNW regarding the promotion of intercultural competence.
