    Codos Foundation, a non-profit organisation based in Zug, Switzerland, is poised to introduce an innovative solution to address the constraints and challenges that impede individuals from engaging in climate-conscious behaviours, which is a mobile application designed to calculate the amount of carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions avoided when people use eco-friendly transportation methods. This thesis aims to assist Codos Foundation in evaluating FHNW trial field viability by studying student motivations for Codos app use and trial participation, aiding successful implementation at FHNW university.

    This project work group aimed to elaborate on the awareness and importance given to intercultural competence by international companies. The goals were to define the skills and values expected of employees as well as to explain whether intercultural competence is measured and trained in global organizations and, if so, how. Furthermore, the project work group intended to identify the lack of knowledge and areas for improvement for global companies and to give recommendations to the FHNW regarding the promotion of intercultural competence.
