The main objective of this project is to find out: 1. the usage situation of assessment tools in China, and how to approach companies and let them try the products. 2. What types of products will be suitable specifically for Chinese companies.

    Loris Concept, a Swiss bike company based in Münchenstein, had been using multiple IT systems dedicated to specific processes inside the business. This caused major issues as the transfer of vital information between systems was difficult. For these reasons, the business requested that we investigate and give a recommendation as to whether the ERP Solution "Cycle" provided by the Swiss vendor App-Room was viable to manage all of their business processes and would provide a level of benefit, that was superior to the current patchwork solution and make the migration efforts worth realizing.
