- The website was outdated, not up to date visually. The structure was unclear and was not user friendly. It was also frustrating to maintain and extend - There was no revenue model in place, therefore costs were covered privately - Even though the planning for the game was detailed, there was no strategic roadmap for the rest of Bloxxgame as a business - Scaling the use of Bloxxgame requires more instructors who could teach blockchain - The process of how teachers got access to Bloxxgame, and learn how to administer a game needed to be improved

When presented with an opportunity to undergo a business venture, it is imperative to approach a market entry with a strategic outlook. However, strategy can be difficult, as it requires effort and time, which can be a scarce resource for startups. Finding Bloxxgame’s competitive position by conducting a competitor analysis and determining the strategic way to enter the market was found to be the next step that could propel Bloxxgame towards becoming a successful business venture.
