In Switzerland, multiprofessional therapy of overweight and obese children is provided since 2009 by certified group programs within the frame of an ongoing pilot project. The costs of therapy are reimbursed by health insurances, if the program includes a determined number of sessions (112*45 min. in group and 4*60 min. in individual), if parents are included and if the adherence is higher than 95%. The evaluation study KIDSSTEP is funded by the FOPH until 2013 and the participation is compulsory. This report presents the 7th interim analysis, according to the methods previously described.
