Abstract
The research project MOCPEE is being realized at (PSI) as a collaboration of PSI, SIAAP, GRDF and SIGEIF.
In this phase of the project, the integration of the catalytic hydrothermal gasification technology, developed at PSI, into a wastewater treatment plant of SIAAP in the Île-de-France region will be studied. Another work package deals with the development of stable sulfur trap material to protect the gasification catalyst. The development of this material requires specialist skills in porous materials preparation and characterization. Due to the current job market situation, it is very difficult to recruit suitable candidates
within a reasonable time. Dr. Songlan Sun is a coworker at FHNW-IBRE with exactly the skill set required for this project. Therefore, PSI has asked FHNW-IBRE to support the MOCOPEE project by performing the tasks for the sulfur trap development.
