Abstract

Performance Buildings AG has developed a smart room business model that increases office space utilisation to above 75%. The underlying room management system will be licensed to medium and big companies in order to help them save costs. The plan is to transform the existing room management prototype into a scalable system enabling room sharing between different legal entities. The goal is to develop a peer-to-peer ICT system that will allow organisations to pool spaces and create a network of shared On-Demand offices, available to third parties in a secure and cost-effective way.
