Description
Abstract
Jet Aviation AG, in collaboration with FHNW, is developing eco-friendly composite materials for aircraft interiors.
The project focuses on bio-based resins combined with natural fibers to reduce carbon footprint, weight and environmental impact while meeting FAA/EASA safety standards.
These sustainable materials will lower emissions, improve recyclability and enhance cabin safety while either preserving or improving the required visual appearance and mechanical properties.
