Zusammenfassung
The rapidly changing economic, social, and environmental frameworks call for a more (pro)active response from the of decision makers. To meet these challenges, we developed in 2009 the concept of the Business Transformation Academy (BTA) as a joint collaborative project of the Business Transformation Services department within SAP and the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland. The project includes several subprojects: Further development of a Business Transformation Academy Community Thought Leadership Network, publishing the 360° The Business Transformation Journal, offering Executive Briefings, and providing Executive Education for SAP as well as SAP clients on the topic of business transformation management and innovation management.
