Description
Abstract
Demonstrating an optical transmitter engine for 3.2T-DR8 transceiver modules supporting 400G/lane with 145 GHz analog bandwidth and low power consumption paves the way for ultrafast optical transmission for data centers. It comprises a high-speed plasmonic modulator and co-designed optimized driver.
