dc.description.abstractDie Entwicklung von Wohnungsbeständen hat sich in den letzten Jahrzehnten in eine Richtung verändert, die man als post-/spätmodern oder auch als post-/neofordistisch bezeichnen könnte. Verschiedene Trends spielen hierbei eine Rolle: Aufgrund der zunehmenden Internationalisierung werden Wohnimmobilien zu lokal attraktiven Objekten einer globalisiert agierenden Ökonomie.
