Abstract

This master thesis investigates how a competence framework which enables the measurement and assessment of digital leadership can be created. Digital leadership describes leaders who are capable of formulating a distinct and meaningful vision for the process of digitalization. They have enough skills to implement their vision and inspire their employees.
