Abstract
The website imbauprojekt.ch is an online platform dedicated to the opera "Im Bau" composed by Michel Roth. The opera premiered in 2011 at Theater Basel under the direction of Georges Delnon and was later re-staged as a radio opera for the 150th anniversary of the Musik-Akademie Basel in 2017. This production was accompanied by a multi-layered artistic research project resulting in an online tool that allows users to explore the artistic, spatial and conceptual dimensions of the work in an innovative digital environment.
