Conversational AI to support the onboarding process for Makerhoods coach

Abstract

Makerhood experts provide coaching to entrepreneurs to grow their businesses. The training offered is not only on a group level but also on an individual level. A person gets personalized coaching depending on both their financial and family background. The experts also provide entrepreneurs with small businesses a space to market their business and create business opportunities. This research assesses whether it is possible to use conversational artificial intelligence to automate the onboarding process. There have been rapid technology advancements; thus, businesses and Makerhood experts have to adjust to the recent changes. They will have to introduce the use of artificial intelligence technology in their coaching. This paper will show how Conversational artificial intelligence can develop a chatbot that can hold a conversation with the entrepreneurs and provide guidance depending on FAQ questions. The development of a chatbot will enable entrepreneurs to improve the customer experience as the Chatbots respond instantly. This study analyses the effects of implementing chatbots into the onboarding process, thus improving customer engagement and increased the efficiency of coaches.
