This thesis addresses the challenge faced by employees in adapting to rapidly changing skill requirements in the modern digital workplace. With the increasing integration of technologies such as artificial intelligence, automation, and big data across industries, employees need to foster an attitude of continuous learning to keep up with the pace of new skills required for jobs in an organisation. The objective of this study is to develop a conceptual model for a system that demonstrates how employees can explore roles within their organization and receive tailored course recommendations to support upskilling.
