dc.description.abstractDer Beitrag begründet, weshalb ein Glossar in Form eines kontrollierten Vokabulars für die Evaluation als wissenschaftliche Dienstleistung von Vorteil ist. Die Entstehung des über 400 Einträge umfassenden, als opens source zur Verfügung stehenden Glossars wird skizziert und es werden Ergebnisse aus den begleitenden Nutzungsanalysen vorgestellt.
