dc.description.abstractWith the rising demand for physiotherapists from sports clubs, the question arises on how and if an online job board platform would help connect both target groups. Research has shown, that over the last years the non-occupational accidents and illnesses have been rising, especially in the sports accident category. As people get more exercise, for the most part also in sports clubs, there are always minor injuries that lead to loss of working hours. This thesis aims to find out if there is a need for a solution, that helps to provide professional physiotherapeutically support for sports clubs and what the needs of the different target groups would be. In this context, the physiotherapists as well as the sports clubs are defined as the main target groups. In addition, the thesis aims to analyse if there is a willingness to pay for such a service or if there are other ways to make it financially independent....
