With all the technological progress happening in the digital world, one can’t help but to evolve along in order not to be left behind and disrupted. This is affecting all industries and the digitalisation effect on healthcare industry is not any less than others. Many organisations are desperate and struggle to meet the ever-growing customer expectations especially from digital aspects. There are many generic models and frameworks created to guide organisations through the journey of digital transformation.
