Zusammenfassung
A considerable growth is expected for the funds accumulated by crowdfunding and overall market growth. At the same time, the rate of success, among crowdfunding campaign creators, is persistently low. As the industry is relatively new but rapidly developing, there is a considerable amount of publications suggesting specific activities for campaign success achievement. However, there is a clear lack of information on the area of supporting tools for crowdfunding campaign success. The online databases confined that there is an abundance of tools suggested for campaign creators but clear lack of understanding what tools are of most benefit. Firstly this study seeks to deliver a clear set of success criteria based on a defined publication base and to determine the suggested support tools feasibility in reaching the preceding. Secondly the study aims to deliver a clear set of suggestions for support tool development, based on a Matrix comprising of the success criteria and support tool collection online. As a result of this method, it was possible to identify a support tool concept and implications for further development.
