| dc.description.abstract | This booklet provides an overview of all the issues that need to be considered when a district shall be developed in a more sustainable way. It is separated in nine aspects and the related criteria. For each criteria the reason why the criteria is included and what intention resp. goal it follows. Possible measures to reach the goals are listed. The nine aspects are: 1. Operation, 2. Constuction, 3. Mobility, 4. Supply and Disposal, 5. Outdoor Quality, 6. Sharing, 7. Diversity, 8.
