Abstract
There is a massive volume of data available nowadays, which is both interpreted and exchanged by peoples' every second. In theWeb 2.0 age, the dissemination of information touching thousands or even millions of individuals at the same time has become much simpler by the multiplier effects leading to wider spread of cases of misinformation. In addition to this, the recent surge of social media flooded the Internet with false fabricated information which are encountered daily. Moreover, young internet users tend to mistrust their skill to identify fake news online, which further increases the importance to develop resilience against fake news. False information can have a drastic and unpredictable effect on people's daily lives and even threatens democratic structures by eroding trust in public institutions....
