dc.description.abstractToday's competitive environment is characterized by dynamic markets, uncertainty and constant change. The existing consolidated markets are increasingly declining, and the existing competencies are no longer sufficient for companies to cope with the current challenges . The winners are companies with a high degree of innovation, companies that restructure their existing competencies and adapt to new market requirements. But how can companies realize this transformation and what role do DynamicCapabilities play in all this? In order to answer these questions and get a deeper understanding, this paper provides a literature review on digital transformation, resources and Dynamic Capabilities as well as business model transformation and culture relevance for Dynamic Capabilities....
