Abstract
Increased consciousness of cloud computing capabilities leads to greater adoption of the cloud. Cloud computing is a paradigm shift towards outsourcing of computing services with the flexibility and scalability, low budget and measured services require. For many businesses, cloud computing represents an attractive cost-saving option for the establishment and maintenance of IT resources. The decision to select cloud services and their deployment requires consideration of a series of related conflict factors that represent the features of cloud computing and the relevant corporate conditions. Decision-makers are often confronted with multi-criteria decision issues and do not have the same pre-existing technological background as well as business related goals.
