dc.description.abstract | This master thesis introduces the Future Thinker, which offers users the opportunity to develop future scenarios in order to derive their influence on the business model. This is particularly important in the context of strategic decision-making in the field of digital transformation.The ABILI methodology, designed by FHNW and the existing literature show that the strategy development poses major challenges for companies. Particularly in a constantly changing environment, strategic decision-making within the framework of strategy development is difficult. It is important to support the handling of this uncertainty. The present work uses a strategic foresight method, scenario technique, for the further development of the Recommender in order to support the handling of the identified challenges.
