This thesis investigates aligning higher education with job and skill demands driven by the industrial revolution, focusing on FHNW’s master's program in business information systems. It addresses the challenge of equipping graduates with essential skills amid rapidly evolving job requirements due to technological advancements. Evaluated against the OECD Learning Compass 2030 framework, the research emphasizes the integration of skills development.
