Abstract
In the field of e-learning, many methods can be used to achieve goals such as participation, learning and networking. However, there are numerous challenges for the organizations that use e-learning. Especially when the members of the various networks are spread across the whole planet and work in different professional areas. Video conferencing, webinars and video learning are appropriate methods to overcome distance and time restrictions regarding the transfer of knowledge and to fostering learning. Following the principles of case studying, this paper investigates the impact of webinars on the learning of a globally distributed network.
