dc.description.abstractThis research focuses on developing a versatile Product Information Management (PIM) system IT architecture, adaptable across various domains within the healthcare sector. The aim is to design a customizable PIM system that balances specific needs with overall effectiveness. Key assumptions include simplifying software architecture and emphasizing process-centric development without prioritizing user interface creation. HCI Solutions AG was therefore studied as a pilot for optimizing parapharmacy data management.
