dc.description.abstractThe recent digitalization has lead to a significant growth in the data generated, collected and analyzed over internet. Today’s global enterprises are using this information to fuel their growth, innovation and collaboration. Cloud computing, Internet of Everything (IoE) and mobile computing are few of technological innovations that contribute to this change. Incorporation of these technologies have become necessary for an organization seeking to remain competitive and agile in the interconnected global business ecosystem. On the other hand, this increase in data brings in the additional dangers threatening the security in the cyber space. Traditional methods of cyber-security that focus just on defending the technological advancements are no longer enough to keep an organization safe and cyber risk needs broader concern.
