Abstract
This research project aims to address the challenges and trends in digital transformation for insurance enterprises in the age of digital economy 4.0. The purpose is to measure the digital maturity of insurance enterprises at the level of the Claim Management Process and to provide a digital roadmap, which can help insurance organizations during the digital transformation phase and assist them along the way to become digital enterprises. Currently, digital transformation is a modern trend in the insurance industry. Based on analysis from Mckinsey (Tanguy Catlin, Rob Hartman, Ido Segev, 2015), this term sounds challenging and demanding for insurance enterprises, where change should happen without interrupting the work flow of daily business.
