| dc.description.abstract | Die Qualifikation für Schulleitung erfolgt in Deutschland je nach Bundesland auf unterschiedlichem Wege. Zusätzlich existieren in allen Bundesländern i. d. R. freiwillige Qualifikationswege für besondere Aufgaben an Schulen. Aufgrund fehlender nationaler Qualifikationsstandards besteht für die Schulleitungsposition und für besondere Aufgaben an Schulen jedoch ein Professionalisierungsdefizit. So wird auch die Bedeutung individueller Qualifikationen für die Übernahme besonderer Aufgaben als empirisch offen und steuerungstheoretisch kritisch eingeschätzt. Die Qualifikation erfolgt vorwiegend an Landesinstituten, nicht an Hochschulen. | en_US |
