ICT sector in the Digital Age

Abstract

This study investigates the negative implications of digitalisation on employees in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector in Switzerland. The literature review is organised into four key areas: (I) The Perceptions and Attitudes of Employees Towards Digitalisation, (II) How Digitalisation Redefines Employees' Job Responsibilities, (III) The Impact of Digitalisation on Job Satisfaction and Job Security, and (IV) The Effects of Digitalisation on Employees' Stress and Mental Health.
