Abstract
The Digital Transformation is currently creating a changed market climate in many companies. As a result, companies are being forced to increase their pressure for digital innovation as Digital Transformation has become a top priority. Despite the great opportunities that come with Digital Transformation, many companies are failing to transform themselves accordingly to take advantage of these changes. Now, in order to execute a successful Digital Transformation for a company, it is important that the company's first step is to formulate a comprehensive vision of what it is aiming for. Therefore, the aspect of having a profound Vision and Mission Statement and having them lived by the respective company and employees is a necessity.
