dc.description.abstractThe goal of this master thesis is to identify and meet the unique needs of customers with sensitive skin to develop an innovative business model in the skincare industry. This thesis thereby focuses on the identification of customer needs and developing a business model canvas according to the lean approach. Developing products and services are not in scope of this thesis. This study follows a rather practical approach by showing the business development process with a lean approach.
