Since a few decades ago, that research on basso continuo has led to the discovery of Partimento and how it was used in Italy as a pedagogical tool. Previous search has been focusing on Italian composers, especially those from Naples and associated with the music conservatories in such city in addition to the analysis of those sources and their musical style. In this paper, the focus is given to David Perez, born and educated in Naples and Romão Mazza, born in Lisbon and educated in Naples. Parts of their Partimento books are edited and put together in a Partimento method based on Partimento production in Lisbon.
