Consulting firms are increasingly demanded to provide high-quality services to support digital transformation since organizations seek external expertise to manage the complexity and scope of digital transformation. However, meeting customer expectations is challenging due to limited consulting resources. Maintaining high standards and effective knowledge management is crucial, especially during staff turnover. Consulting firms must also transform and automate their processes, as traditional consulting as a people business is time-consuming and dependent on individual consultants’ quality. The trend toward online assessment tools has emerged, allowing clients to independently gather data, though these tools lack artificial intelligence capabilities for data analysis and actionable insights. This article introduces the ABILI Platform, which aims to automate and digitize strategy consulting through intelligent self-service online tools, fostering human–machine collaboration. The platform helps organizations in various industries to analyze their current state and identify potential areas for improvement. The platform promotes transparency by actively engaging employees throughout the analysis process. Utilizing maturity models, it offers holistic assessments across organizational areas and personalized questions.
