This master thesis aims to understand the cultural differences between India and Switzerland to make the necessary adjustments in the learning transfer. Specifically, this means to consider the cultural differences in the learning path by first recognising and understanding the cultural differences and then considering them accordingly. The study was conducted because not considering the cultural differences can lead to unequal levels of education and misunderstandings. This leads to the thesis statement: It is possible to create learning paths that consider cultural differences. To this end, the cultural characteristics of the Indian and Swiss cultures were examined and compared based on literature and expert interviews. Differences in the value system, respect for laws, authority and web design were identified. From this, requirements for the artefact were defined. Based on the requirements, the alternative that could be considered for implementation was identified and created as an artefact. The feedback received in the expert interview is classified and compared using triangulation with the recommendations from the literature, but also with the created artefact.
