Analysis and Requirements Specification for a KPI Board in the Area of Quality Assurance

Abstract

The Quality Assurance department, which is subordinate to the IT department, does not report any KPIs yet. This bachelor thesis should change it and identify meaningful KPIs for the Quality Assurance area. It should consider how raw data from different systems should be integrated into the existing reporting tool called management information system (MIS). Furthermore, a specification should be made for the identified KPIs.
