dc.description.abstractICT employees often are fully occupied with daily business and additionally contribute to projects. As the efforts are not reported anywhere, it is difficult to understand the real workload behind their daily business and projects. The management therefore does not have a factual basis to decide on how to evolve their employees, services and projects. The bank we are doing the project for is exactly facing this problem.
