Companies are getting acquainted with the concept ofenterprise architecture framework as a context in which, all stakeholders in an organisation can communicate and collaborate to achieve the business needs. Define a business process framework, is becoming a common use technique among companies, to organise internal collaboration spaces and fulfil key business driver such as, promote a shared strategy and perform benchmarking, content management, business processdefinition and sustained development. However, how the knowledge incorporated into these business process frameworks is shared with the stakeholders, represent a challenge for many companies. Therefore, the purpose of the thesis is to help organisations’stakeholders to navigate and effectively find the process information in a business process framework. The approach in this work is to analyse the limitations of the existing business process framework in ABB, understand what the stakeholder’s requirements are, to then use the knowledge that lies in the process models and develop a prototype that allows them toeffectively retrieve the information needed, enhancing the navigation.
