dc.description.abstractRAILplus is a cooperative platform and joint political voice for meter-gauge railways. Despite the deployment of various digital tools, challenges persist. These include varying levels of digital maturity, complex IT environments, and insufficient alignment of stakeholder requirements. These factors hinder the optimal use and further development of shared digital solutions.
