dc.description.abstractThe new Federal Act on Data Protection was implemented in Switzerland in autumn 2023. This law and the changes had a big impact on every enterprise. However, micro-enterprises have significantly less resources to address this change and its consequences. They need every help they can get to find their way through the jungle of law texts to the relevant information.
