Abstract
Swisscontact used to train their employees through face-to-face workshops and is now forced to switch to a digital teaching method due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, Swisscontact has created an eLearning course to train their subject experts to create eLearning courses. Swisscontact’s eLearning course is still in the process of being established and needs suggestions for improvement to its current version of their eLearning course.
