Abstract
New Work ist ein aktuelles Thema, gleichzeitig aber auch ein «Gummibegriff». Die verbreitetste Form von New Work ist das zeitlich und örtlich flexible Arbeiten. Auch wenn für manche Organisationen Homeoffice schon fest etabliert und nicht mehr «New Work» ist, kann das teambasierte Organisieren von mobiler Arbeit, insbesondere für viele Verwaltungen, ein richtiger Schritt in Richtung mehr Empowerment sein.
