dc.description.abstractToday, 80% of startups fail within the first three years. There are several factors to why this happens; the target market is already saturated with similar entities, the contenders run out of capital or even the wrong people are chosen as partners. Finding the right approach into a new market is crucial for a startup and so much more has to be considered. Therefore, the focus of this paper is to familiarize the reader briefly with the plastics market situation and the internal and external factors of the new company. Therefore, a business plan is created by the authors which contains the most crucial information in this regard.
