Abstract

Basler Verkehrsbetriebe (BVB) is a prominent public transport company within the Northwestern Switzerland Fare Network (TNW), playing a vital role in reducing road traffic and contributing to regional environmental conservation with about 1,350 employees.

Currently, infrastructure project management knowledge is stored in a Word document, posing limitations such as potential data alteration and slow updates. Our goal is to recommend a modern organization-wide knowledge management solution, like a Wiki platform, for efficient knowledge sharing.
