dc.description.abstractOMiLAB FHNW's journey began with identifying the integration hurdles of advanced technologies and the challenges in nurturing a culture of collaborative innovation. The study pinpointed gaps in both equipment and expertise that were hindering the lab's growth. This led to initiate a comprehensive assessment, focusing on aligning the lab's capabilities with the evolving landscape of technological and educational demands.
